Check in/out
Our electronic access system will allow you to enter the facility, in total autonomy, without the use of keys and in our absence.
Check-in are FREE from 3pm to 11pm. After 11pm check in are EXCLUSIVELY BY APPOINTMENT.
For all arrivals after 11pm a supplement of:
– €30 from 11pm to 1am;
– €50 from 1am to 2am;
After 2am in the morning it is no longer possible to check in.
Our rooms are available from 3pm onwards, while check out is at 10am.
Supplements
For morning arrivals, it is possible to request room availability already at 12 PM (instead of 3 PM) by paying a supplement of €30.
Check-out is scheduled for 10 AM in the morning, however, if departure is scheduled for the afternoon or evening, it is possible to request room availability until 12 PM, paying a supplement of €35.
Children are welcome!
To request the availability of a cot (0-3 years) a supplement of €15 per night will be required (service available exclusively in the “Superior Double” room).
It will also be possible to request the availability of a third bed at a cost of €20 per night (option available exclusively in the “Double/Triple Comfort” room).
All the supplements listed above are optional and not included in the booking price, are payable in cash at the property by inserting the related amounts in the designated safety deposit boxes.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage service is possible and free of charge only at check in.
For arrivals in the morning, from 10:00/10:30 onwards, you can leave your suitcases in the common room of the facility, under the supervision of the housekeepers.
When the room is ready, they will be moved inside.
Before 10:00/10:30 you can still leave your luggage in the lobby, however, the management assumes no responsibility for any damage or theft.
Flexibility

If for some unforeseen you will find yourself in need to give up your holiday, you will always have the opportunity to move your dates and enjoy the stay not used.
Payments
Victory Rooms Rome offers a safe and reliable service in terms of payments, in fact we accept all major credit card payment circuits (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, only for US commercial operators).
For those who do not have a credit card, we also accept bank transfers.
Cleaning
The cleaning service is available every morning from 10 to 12.
At each check out, each room and bathroom will be scrupulously sanitized. Enjoy a stay in total tranquillity, in a sanitized and disinfected environment with care and attention.
Quality
The Victory Rooms Rome offers a safe and reliable service just a few steps from the Vatican, in a peacefull and private location.
The structure is delightful and completely renovated, the prices are competitive but the quality is as good as a small “boutique hotel”.
